What is Beau Bronzage?
Beau Bronzage is a fake tan brand that uses organic, vegan ingredients. We make our mousses, serums, sprays and creams in the UK for home and businesses to use.
Where are your products made and shipped from?
All of our fake tans, tan barrier creams and serums are manufactured and shipped from Wigan in the North West of England.
What makes your products organic?
We only use Vegetan Premium ECOCERT dihydroxyacetone (DHA) powder obtained by fermentation using renewable resources. DHA is a sugar that changes the colour of your skin and is the key ingredient for fake tan. The DHA we use is also Halal-certified and vegan-suitable.
Are your products tested on animals?
None of our products are tested on animals.
Are your products safe to use when pregnant or breastfeeding?
Everyone should consult with their midwife or doctor, but many women who are pregnant use our tanning products, usually after the first trimester and on advice of their medical practitioner.
Do these products protect you from the sun?
None of our products contain SPF, so they don’t protect against the sun.
How old do you have to be to use your products?
There are no age limits for using our products, and we have many examples of young children wearing our products, especially in the world of dance and gymnastics. Patch testing should be undertaken before using any skincare product for the first time.
How do I use your products?
Every product page has its own set of instructions labelled ‘How to Use’. For more general tanning and beauty tips, take a look at our blog.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Klarna.
What is your returns policy?
We will send out replacements for any item that you report as incorrect, damaged or faulty within 30 days of receipt, and you can return new and unused items within 14 days of receipt. Note that we can only accept returns for unused items with the protective seal still intact. We also can’t offer returns or exchanges for sale items.
And while we will still replace these items if they’re incorrect, damaged or faulty, the following cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons or postal restrictions:
- Self-tan aerosol
- Applicator mitts
- Brushes
- Exfoliators
